Each StoneMine bracelet is made from the layout submitted by its customer. The policy distinguishes a change of mind from a verified material, accessory, or transit problem.
If the natural-light completion photo is not satisfactory, contact StoneMine during the review window. One minor adjustment is free. If production has started and the order is cancelled before dispatch and photo approval, shop policy provides a 40% refund.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after dispatch because the bracelet was made to the submitted design, except where applicable law requires otherwise. A customer measurement error may require a paid resize or repair.
Natural crystal and jade may contain pits, inclusions, cotton-like veils, black points, ice lines, fine scratches, and other naturally formed features. These are not manufacturing defects. Customers seeking flawless natural material should not order.
Broken or flat beads, damaged accessories, and verified transit damage are eligible for review and an appropriate remedy. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.
