Every order enters production before dispatch. The making time is separate from carrier transit time and can vary with the complexity of the submitted design.
Worldwide shipping
StoneMine ships internationally, with most orders expected to travel to North America and Europe. Shipping is calculated during checkout from the destination and available service.
Photo review window
A natural-light photo of the finished bracelet is sent before dispatch. One minor adjustment is free. If no reply is received within 36 hours, the review step is treated as waived and the order may ship automatically.
Protective international packing
Bracelets are packed for cross-border transit with bead separation, impact protection, and an outer shipping layer. Tracking details are sent when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
